For as long as anyone can remember, Camila has had an affinity for innovation. As a young girl growing up in Colombia she launched several business ventures (some of which may have upset her elementary school administrators). However, the stern talking-to’s only served to catalyze her passion for entrepreneurship. Camila’s curiosity for how things work, finding better ways, and developing new ideas led her to engineering. She brings a unique global perspective to her endeavors having worked in South America, Europe, Asia, and North America over the last 10 years. All the while she has never lost sight of her dream of creating products and experiences that help to nurture the best moments life has to offer. Meditating in the presence of a carefree sunset alongside her family and friends, Camila began developing the foundation for what would become Seatopia Watercraft.
